Chief Executive's introduction
I am pleased to present Minerva’s Corporate Responsibility Report for 2007/08. This report outlines the progress made in addressing the sustainability of our property investments and developments from July 2007 to June 2008.We recognise the need to continually reduce the negative impacts of our business and set objectives to focus on areas in which environmental and social improvements will be made. As the design process continues for Park Place and the Ram Brewery in the coming year, we will be seeking opportunities to enhance the sustainability of these developments. For our other developments, we will be working to ensure that the intended environmental and social benefits become a reality during construction.
We hope that this report provides fresh insights into our work, and welcome your feedback on both the report and our approach to corporate responsibility.
