This project comprises St. Botolphs and Ambassador House and stands on an island site comprising 1.25 acres on the eastern side of the City of London. There are planning consents for two office buildings both designed by internationally renowned architects Grimshaw.

On 6 March 2007 the Secretary of State has confirmed the use of CPO powers to acquire the remaining land for the development. This is a major milestone for the scheme and will now enable Minerva and Lendlease to gain vacant possession, in readiness for the start of demolition and main construction works.

Minerva joined forces with developer Northacre to buy the Odeon Cinema in High Street Kensington, London W8, for £24 million in 2005, located just opposite the Commonwealth Institute.

The purchase of 75–89 Lancaster Gate, London W2 for £67.2 million was made in partnership with Northacre plc. The site, which is vacant, has a planning consent for approximately circa 181,000 sq ft of private residential accommodation in 81 individual units.

Ram Brewery, Wandsworth SW18

In August 2006 we exchanged contracts to acquire the Ram Brewery and 20–30 Buckhold Road, Wandsworth SW18 for £69 million. In June 2007, the Group exchanged contracts to acquire a further 1 acre site adjacent to the main site for a total consideration of £14.5 million.
