  • The site benefits from a planning consent for around 192,000 sq.ft. of residential accommodation to provide 77 private residential units.
  • This prestigious project represents the longest contiguous terrace overlooking Hyde Park and together with gardens, underground parking, fitness facilities and swimming pool will create a landmark high-end residential scheme in London’s West End. A development loan facility is in place.
  • Completion of the scheme is scheduled for Summer 2011.
