Following the Secretary of States decision
to reject the resolution to grant planning consent made by
Wandsworth borough council and supported by The Mayor of London, a
new planning application is being worked on to reflect the points
raised in this decision. It is expected that a new planning
application will be ready for submission by the end of the year.
Much of what was originally proposed including the separate
Buckhold Road application was acceptable, and the focus is now
addressing those areas which were highlighted as being of concern,
including the scale and positioning of the tall elements to the
scheme.
