Minerva plc - Posting of General Meeting Notice

On 25 January 2010, Minerva plc ("Minerva" or "the Company") announced that it intended to convene a General Meeting for shareholders to vote on the reappointment of Oliver Whitehead as a Director of the Company.  The Company has today posted to its shareholders the notice for this meeting, which will take place at 2.30pm on Friday, 5 March 2010.
