Results of General Meeting 5 March 2010

At the Minerva plc General Meeting held on 5 March 2010 a poll was called on the proposed ordinary resolution to elect Oliver Whitehead as a Director of the Company. 

The resolution was passed and the results of the poll vote were as follows:

Notes:

1.             72,264,348 votes represent 44.8 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.

2.             120,732,472 votes represent 74.9 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.

Further to the announcement on 1 February 2010 of the appointment of Martin Pexton as a non-executive director from 6 April 2010, Martin Pexton has agreed to bring forward the start date of his appointment and will be joining the Board with immediate effect.
